I was really impressed with the willingness to help me obtain permission from the neighbouring body corporate to remove the tree through their property. They could have just left me to sort out the issue but instead spent a lot of extra time talking to me and the neighbouring body corporate to help me gain permission. Their level of service and willingness to help was impressive.
